CLINICAL REPRESENTATION:
- Insidious onset of discomfort around the region of the involved tendon.
- deep, throbbing pain in the anterior shoulder that gets aggravate when lifting
- Pain localized to the bicipital groove and might radiate towards the deltoid muscle insertion.
