Physiotherapy is available in this policy and can be availed through pre hospitalization and post hospitalization benefits of the policy, wherein the duration depends upon the policy and its validity.
Whenever a patients is admitted with conditions like chest complications including COPD, LRTI, URTI etc , back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain or pain in any joint, joint replacement, paralysis or any other fracture related surgeries his pre hospitalization and post hospitalization physiotherapy is covered in the policy and can be claimed easily.
The need and requirement of physiotherapy must be mentioned on the discharge summary and then a proper GST number computerized bill along with session bifurcation can be claimed from the insurance company.
