Dr Nasir Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation has practised since 2008 and runs physiotherapy units inside multi-speciality hospitals across West and South West Delhi, plus home visits city-wide. It was founded by Nasir Mughees, MPT in orthopaedic physiotherapy, and employs more than fifty therapists.

That arrangement is not an accident of growth. It is the reason our therapists are used to seeing patients from the second day after surgery rather than the sixth week, and to asking the operating surgeon a question rather than guessing at the answer.

How we work
Three things we do differently enough to be worth stating.
We assess before we treat
The first appointment is an examination, not a treatment session. You leave it knowing what is wrong, what the plan is, and roughly how long it should take. If physiotherapy is not the answer, we say so.
We tell you the real timeline
Frozen shoulder takes 18 to 30 months. A knee replacement takes a year to feel normal. Being told a comfortable number and then missing it is worse than being told the real one at the start.
We finish the job
Pain settles well before strength returns. Stopping at the point it stops hurting is how people end up back in six months, so a course runs past the point you feel better.
The clinical side
The practice was founded by Nasir Mughees, who qualified BPT in 2009 and completed an MPT in orthopaedic physiotherapy in 2012, and who still carries a clinical caseload alongside running it.
The team covers orthopaedic, neurological, sports, paediatric, cardiopulmonary and women’s health physiotherapy, with occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, clinical psychology and dietetics available alongside.
