This policy explains what Dr Nasir Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation ("DNPR", "we") does with your information. It covers this website and the treatment we provide. It is written to be read rather than to be technically complete, and plain questions get plain answers.
What we collect
When you use this website. If you fill in a booking or enquiry form, we collect what you type into it — usually your name, phone number, the area you are in, and a short description of your problem. We also record how you reached the site, so we know which pages and campaigns actually bring patients.
When you become a patient. We collect and keep clinical information: your history, our examination findings, what treatment was given, how you responded, and any reports or scans you give us. Under Indian law this is sensitive personal data, and we treat it that way.
Automatically. Standard web server logs, and analytics that tell us how many people visited a page. We do not use this to identify individuals.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about an appointment you asked for.
- To provide and record your treatment safely — a clinical record is not optional, it is how the next therapist knows what happened.
- To bill you, and to give you the documents an insurer or TPA needs.
- To meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to healthcare providers.
- To understand which parts of this website are useful.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your health information with advertisers — what advertising platforms do receive is set out under Cookies, analytics and advertising below.
Who sees it
Your clinical record is seen by the therapists treating you and the staff who schedule and bill your care. Where your treatment happens inside a partner hospital, the relevant clinical staff there may also see it, because you are being treated jointly.
Information is shared outside that only where you have asked us to (for example, sending a progress report to your surgeon), where an insurer or TPA requires it to process a claim you have made, or where we are legally required to disclose it.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for the periods required of healthcare providers in India, and generally longer than website data. Enquiries that do not become appointments are kept for a limited period and then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
You can ask us to stop contacting you for anything other than your active treatment at any time.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses:
- A session cookie while you use the booking form.
- A cookie that remembers how you reached the site — which page, and which advert if you clicked one — for 30 days, so we can tell which campaigns actually bring patients.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are used.
- The Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Google Ads tags. When someone who arrived from one of our adverts sends an enquiry or books, these tell Meta or Google that it happened, so our adverts are shown to people more likely to need physiotherapy.
If you reached us from a Meta advert and accepted cookies, our server may also tell Meta when your enquiry becomes a booking, a visit or a payment, together with the advert-click identifier and the device information your browser sent. We do not send your name, your health information or what you are being treated for.
The first time you visit, a small notice asks for your choice. If you choose Only necessary, the analytics and advertising tags do not store cookies and nothing is sent to Meta about you. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser; the booking form works either way.
Security
Access to clinical records is restricted to staff who need it. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below. Material changes will be highlighted on the page rather than made quietly.
