Ayesha heads the physiotherapy department at our Vikaspuri centre. She works mainly in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, and uses manual therapy, myofascial release, dry needling and cupping alongside individually planned exercise programmes. Certified in dry needling and in mobilisation.
