Kapil Kumar is a senior physiotherapist with DNPR at Jyoti Nursing Home, Vikaspuri. He holds an MPT in orthopaedics from Gurugram University and a BPT from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
Before DNPR he worked at Prem Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation College, as a clinical physiotherapist at the Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Dhaula Kuan, as a senior physiotherapist at Gandhi Hospital, and as a consultant at R3+ Physiotherapy Clinic. He also worked with children and adults with disabilities at the Mother Teresa NGO in Panipat.
His work includes dry needling and intramuscular electrical stimulation, cupping, kinesiology taping, myofascial release, IASTM, the Mulligan technique, osteopathic and spinal manipulation, muscle energy technique and PNF. He has attended workshops on dry needling and cupping, kinetic taping, PNF, and functional manipulation and stabilisation of the lumbar spine.
