Ruchika Arora

Ruchika Arora is a physiotherapist (BPT) and centre manager at DNPR, registered with the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy and a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. She has worked at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital and as a physiotherapy consultant at SGT Hospital.

Her clinical work includes low back, neck and joint pain, neurological and neurosurgical rehabilitation, chest physiotherapy, women's health — postnatal care and urinary incontinence — and care for older people, in OPD, IPD and ICU and at home. She is certified in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation (SGT University) and Pilates (Fortis Escorts), and wrote a systematic review on the effects of COVID-19 on the cardiopulmonary system.
