Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist?

How long does a physiotherapy session take?
A first assessment usually runs 45 minutes to an hour, because it covers history, examination and a treatment plan. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes depending on what is being treated.
